Many of us feel that healthy food is always boring and tasteless, but with just a little innovation you can turn those sprouts into a visually appealing Sprout Cucumber Cup Salad
Ingredients:
1 Onion
1 Tomato
30gm Sprouts
3 Cucumbers
1/2 Lemon
Salt to taste
Pepper
Method:
Peel and cut the cucumbers into equal sizes using a scooper or spoon to scoop out the seeds of the cucumber making it into a cup like shape.
Add sprouts to finely chopped onion and tomato. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to it.
Now just fill the sprout salad in the cucumber cups.
Serve chilled and enjoy your healthy evening snack.
You can also substitute sprouts with Paneer/Chicken/Hummus.
